We participated in the 1st surrogacy case for a client in Nairobi, Milimani High Court, Petition 78 of 2014 where the High Court at Nairobi enforced a surrogacy agreement after the Director of Children Services tried interfering with. The case settled the grey area in surrogacy as there is no legislation with clear provisions touching on surrogacy.
